The idea of the watery eye comes from the film A Clockwork Orange and the make-up of the main actor from the film who portrays Alex de Large. I found it exciting to highlight the view even further.
The decollage elements of the composition are intended to symbolize the complexity of the work's structure and illustrate the feel of the paper work of Schiele's self-portrait.

Auftragswerkwerk "NYCMR" für einen Marathonläufer.
Das Auftragswerk ist sehr farbintensiv, bunt, stimmig und lebensfroh geworden. Es steckt voller Details, die es zu entdecken gilt. Symbolisch für den New York Marathon und der Stadt habe ich die Freiheitsstatue, die Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan und das Empire State Building sowie das Unisphere Bauwerk zur Weltausstellung 1964 gewählt und harmonisch in die Komposition integriert. In der Komposition habe ich eine Spachteltechnik verwendet, um Dynamik zu erzeugen, meine Street-Art Tags und Graffiti Sprüharbeiten aufgebaut, sowie Collage- und Decollage-Elemente angefertigt und am Mac farblich in das Gesamtbild einfließen lassen.

Commissioned work "NYCMR" for a marathon runner.
The commissioned work turned out to be very colorful, colorful, harmonious and full of life. The work is full of details that need to be discovered. Symbolically for the New York Marathon and the city, I chose the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan and the Empire State Building as well as the Unisphere building for the 1964 World's Fair and integrated them harmoniously into the composition. In the composition, I used a spatula technique to create dynamics, set up my street art tags and graffiti spray works, as well as made collage and decollage elements and incorporated the colors into the overall picture on the Mac.

The revision was pursued in various sessions over 4 years and was finally completed on Sunday, February 11, 2024. The idea for the image came about with the play of words Techno (Tecno) Virus, which I noticed in Trieste 2015. The contrast of the words to the Renaissance image seemed fitting to me, given the emerging Corona pandemic of 2020.
The picture is meticulously detailed and showcases a complexity that seamlessly aligns with the essence of a classic portrait. The color palette exudes positivity and exhibits a remarkable sense of balance. On the whole, the composition of the artwork resembles an archaeological layer, revealing a myriad of captivating and noteworthy details.
Childlike stamping techniques with motifs from pop culture are intended to be reminiscent of the designs of Greek Ambhors.
Fragments of scratch images appear repeatedly in the composition.
A sticker of a young Roman found space on the new stage as well as macro shots of poster advertising, graffiti tags and many dots that are reminiscent of stars against the universal, black background.
Fragments of a floral still life were incorporated into the background. They underline the beauty that fades but is cyclically brought back to life.
